Thank you for shopping with Bookmark Stationery! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your goodies to you.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)
- Standard shipping: $10.00 NZD
- Free shipping on orders over $110.00 NZD
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
International Shipping
- Flat rate: $32.00 NZD
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing
- Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient
United States Orders We ship to the United States via NZ Post International. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days from dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped
Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at rose@bookmarkstationery.co.nz and we'll do our best to help.
Please Note All international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Delays Bookmark Stationery is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If you have concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
